Basement Waterproofing in Baltimore, OH

This Baltimore, OH homeowner noticed standing water in their basement so they called Mid-State Basement Systems for a solution. Basement Specialist Phil Matthews conducted a thorough inspection and recommended the WaterGuard interior drainage system with an UltraSump sump pump.

The Mid-State team installed 84 ft of WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement with an all new UltraSump sump pump system. The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.

Energy Efficient Dehumidifier Installation in Baltimore, OH

A few months ago, our team installed 84ft of WaterGuard interior perimeter drains and an UltraSump sump pump system in his Baltimore, OH home.
