We were contacted by a Hilliard, Ohio, homeowner who had concerns about sinking floors in their living room. We sent our Sales Inspector, Francis, to the home to discuss the homeowner's concerns and provide a free inspection and estimate of repairs. 

Francis had a thorough look around the interior and exterior of the home, finding several signs of foundation settlement. He discussed these findings with the homeowner and ultimately recommended 5 helical piers on the exterior of the home to stabilize the foundation and correct the settlement.

Our crew came out to the home to complete the repairs. They begin by excavating the ground around the exterior foundation wall. They then install the piers, drilling deep into stable soils beneath the home to provide solid support to the foundation. Once all 5 piers are installed, the crew replaces the excavated dirt and cleans up around the exterior of the home.

The crew was able to get significant lift to the home, restoring the sinking floors back to the correct position and stabilizing the foundation permanently.
