Mid-State Basement Systems Case Studies: Crawlspace Encapsulation and Stabilization in Shelby, OH

Solution
Our certified inspector, John Tongol, visited the home to do a thorough examination of the crawlspace and home. He determined that the best solution would be to remove all of the old hanging-down insulation and spray the mold to get rid of it. Then, the crew would install SmartJack support jacks to provide reliable stabilization to the sagging floors and lift them back to their original position.
