Total Basement Finishing in Grove City, OH
Challenge
A homeowner in Grove City, Ohio, had been working on finishing his basement for several years. He and his son had framed the walls and installed an egress window. He soon realized the job was quickly becoming larger than what he could handle on his own.
He found Mid-State Basement Systems at our Spring Home & Garden Show booth where he scheduled an inspection with our team on the spot. Our sales representative, Jordan, did a walkthrough of the basement and drafted up plans for our crew to finish the walls, floors, ceiling, doors, and all fixtures/trimmings.
Solution
Our crew finished the basement with our line of Total Basement finishing products. This includes EverLast wall panels and ThermalDry elite plank flooring. These products are completely waterproof and modular. If there is every any moisture in the basement, the panels can simply be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled with minimal hassle.
The crew also installed a fireplace and billiard light fixture. To maximize head space in the basement, the homeowner opted to have the ceiling painted black to hide the floor joists, ductwork, and any wiring above. From Basement to Beautiful!
