Challenge
A homeowner reached out to us about water damage in their finished basement. Our inspector visited the home to have a look and found water had soaked the baseboards, carpet, and drywall.
Solution
Our crew ended up removing the lower portion of drywall, installing a basement waterproofing drain, and re-finishing the wall with our waterproof Total Basement Finishing panels. They also installed a sump pump system to keep the basement dry.
