When you're dealing with a problem in your home's basement, foundation, and/or crawl space, you want to know how to fix it as soon as possible! Most importantly, you want to have a clear understanding of how much it'll cost to fix.

Our free inspection and estimate appointments are designed to address all these concerns and more. Once you've scheduled your inspection with one of our Sales Inspectors, here's what you can expect during your appointment.

The inspection

Your Sales Inspector will call both to confirm your appointment and once they're on their way to your home on the day of the inspection. Once they arrive, your Sales Inspector will introduce themselves and ask several questions in order to fully understand your concerns.

Then, your Inspector will thoroughly inspect the exterior and interior of your home, taking photos and measurements, and noting any issues or concerns they find along the way. 

The Proposal

Once the inspection is complete, your Sales Inspector will sit with you to discuss their findings and draft a customized proposal recommending the best solution for the problems found during the inspection.

These solutions may include interior drainage and waterproofing systems, vapor barriers and crawl space encapsulation solutions, structural piers and supports, and dehumidifiers and other air quality solutions.

Scheduling the Project

Building the proposal is a collaborative process. Once you're happy with the terms of the proposal and you're ready to move forward, your Sales Inspector will schedule a project date that works best for you and your timeline. On that date, we send out our production crew to begin work on the installation.
