The crew installs the CleanSpace vapor barrier, then digs a trench around the basement perimeter to install the WaterGuard system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation
The crew installs a TripleSafe sump pump in the basement corner.
Extending the Sump Pump Downspout
Extending the downspout of the sump pump away from the foundation prevents hydrostatic pressure build up which prevents water from re-entering the basement.
Re-Concreting the Basement Floors
Once the system installation is complete, the crew re-concretes the basement perimeter. They leave a gap of about 1/2 inch between the wall and the floor to allow water vapor to drain behind the CleanSpace barrier.
