Crawl Space Upon Inspection
Our Sales Inspector took this photo of the crawl space in its original condition. It was damp, musty, and full of dirt and crumbled insulation!
Encapsulation First Steps
The crew begins by laying drainage matting on the crawl space floors to help with moisture dispersion beneath the CleanSpace liner.
Encapsulating Around Appliances
The crew takes care to encapsulate the crawl space while maintaining functionality of the appliances.
SaniDry Sedona and Drainage
The crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the crawl space to help keep humidity low, protecting the wooden floor joists from mold and rot. The unit drains into the crawl space sump system for a low-maintenance dehumidification solution.
Encapsulated Crawl Space
The crew wraps each pillar in the crawl space with the CleanSpace liner. They also extend the liner one-third of the way up each wall and seal it in place to prevent moisture seepage.
