The crew first pours a concrete footing where the SmartJacks will be installed. This prevents the jacks from settling over time.
SmartJack Installation Complete
The crew installed two SmartJacks with a supplemental beam to stabilize the foundation and provide lift to the floors in the home above.
Installing the CleanSpace System
With the SmartJacks in place, the crew then installed the CleanSpace system, taking care to wrap each jack to prevent moisture seepage.
Dehumidification Solution
The crew installs a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifer in the crawl space to reduce the humidity, protecting the wooden floor joists from mold and rot.
