Removing the Ruined Drywall
The crew removes the wet drywall and hauls it off for disposal.
Digging the WaterGuard Trench
The crew digs a trench along the wall. They drill weep holes to allow water to drain into the trench and be pumped out by the sump pump system.
Installing the Drainage System
The crew digs a trench around the basement perimeter where they install the WaterGuard subfloor drainage system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation
The crew also digs a new sump pit and installs the TripleSafe sump pump.
Completed Installation
The crew re-concretes the floors around the sump pump and drainage system. A small gap between the wall and the floor is left for water seepage to drain into the system.
