Photo Album: Flooded Basement in Urbana, OH Drained and Protected by WaterGuard

After heavy rains swept through Ohio, Vivien’s recently purchased home in Urbana was left with a flooded basement. She had planned to fix up the property, but the storm damage quickly changed her priorities. A friend referred her to Mid-State Basement Systems, and our inspector Charlie came out right away to assess the damage and offer a solution.   Charlie recommended a full perimeter drainage system and a more powerful sump pump to handle future storms. Since the basement had already been stripped down to the studs, our crew was able to get started immediately. Levi and his team pumped out the remaining water, then installed 104 feet of WaterGuard and a SuperSump Plus system.   Now, Vivien has peace of mind knowing her investment is protected, and her basement is ready for the next phase of renovations.
