The price was right!!! I liked the warrenty on the power braces. Whenever I would place a call to Mid-State Basement Systems, Bill who answered my phone calls is one of the nicest people to talk to. He is a very considerate, trusting and honest person. He really cares about customers. Also, the salesman Justin Tise did a superb/excellant job in explaining what needed to be done to my basement as far as keeping water from coming in through the walls and reinforcing my two bowed walls. He also went over the water proofing and wall reinforcement process for me as well. We spent about 2 hours one of the days he was at my house and we also talked about life and things we have in common. He is a very nice guy to chat with which actually made my day at that time. So, all in all I have a very high regard for Mid-State Basement Systems.
