We were called to a home in Worthington, Ohio, with significant water damage in the basement. The paint on the walls had begun to bubble and peel due to water entry and high humidity. The basement was also prone to frequent flooding during rainstorms. We sent our Sales Inspector, Jacob T., to the home to discuss the homeowner's concerns and provide a free inspection of the home from top-to-bottom.

Solution

After confirming moisture issues in the basement during his free inspection, Jacob recommended a full perimeter basement waterproofing with WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump, our CleanSpace basement wall vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifer.
