Challenge

We were called to inspect a crawl space in Gibsonburg, Ohio, that had moisture, high humidity, and a damp, musty odor. Once more, the floors above the crawl space were sagging, indicating weakened floor joists in the crawl space.

Solution

Our crew installed SmartJacks in the crawl space to instantly stabilize and lift the sagging floors back toward their original position. To address the moisture problem, we installed a SmartSump crawl space sump pump and SmartPipe crawl space drainage system.
