Waterproofing a Basement in Grove City, OH
Challenge
A Grove City, Ohio, homeowner called us with concerns about moisture and leaky walls in his basement. The homeowner also noticed several cracks in the basement wall that looked concerning as well.
Solution
After a thorough inspection and review, we sent a crew to the home to waterproof the basement with our WaterGuard French drain system. The crew also installed several static I-beams to stabilize the foundation walls and prevent the cracks from worsening.
The crew installed our CleanSpace basement wall vapor barrier to manage moisture seepage and prevent it from entering the basement. Lastly, they upgraded the old sump pump with our TripleSafe model which includes a battery backup to prevent floods and keep the basement dry.
