Waterproofing Project in Ashland, OH
Challenge
A homeowner in Ashland, Ohio, called us about leaky walls in their basement. When our Sales Inspector, Tim, arrived, he performed a thorough inspection of the basement and interior/exterior foundation. The home had block foundation walls, which are highly prone to leaking as they shift over time, creating cracks between the blocks that allow moisture to enter.
Solution
Our crew waterproofed the basement with out WaterGuard French drainage system. They also installed a TripleSafe sump pump. This system has 3 pumps in 1 liner to protect against leaks, floods, and power outages. With this waterproofing system in place, the wall leaks will be contained and properly drained out of the basement.
