Challenge

We were contracted to waterproof a Dublin, Ohio, basement that was prone to leaks and flooding. The basement had several large appliances that could not be moved.

Solution

Our crew took care to install the interior drainage system around these appliances, ensuring the drainage system would still function properly.

The basement had a wall leak directly behind the furnace by the condensate lines.

Our crew was able to install the WaterGuard drainage system around the basement perimeter, integrating the condensate lines with the system.

The crew installed a CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to further help reduce moisture and wall leaks. They finished by re-concreting the floor.
