Basement Waterproofing Job in Richwood, OH

Challenge

My crew was contracted to waterproof a large basement in Richwood, Ohio. Our job was to waterproof the entire basement perimeter, install a new sump pump, and seal the basement walls with our CleanSpace wall system.

Solution

Our crew tackled the project in one day. We began by digging a trench around the basement perimeter where we installed the WaterGuard drainage system. We also expanded the existing sump pit and installed the TripleSafe. Lastly, we installed the CleanSpace wall vapor barrier system. We re-concreted the floors for a professional finish.

The crew upgraded the sump pump with our TripleSafe model.

Lastly, the crew re-concretes the floors around the basement perimeter, leaving a gap between the floor and the wall to allow water to drain into the system.
