After sealing up the walls, the crew digs a trench around the basement perimeter to install the WaterGuard drainage pipe. This catches groundwater leaks and guides the water toward the sump pump system.

For this job, our crew re-located the sump pump, removing the old one and filling the basin with gravel & cement.
