A homeowner called us about her walk-out basement that was frequently flooding, especially around the entrance and basement stairs. We sent out a crew to waterproof the basement with our WaterGuard below-floor drainage system. The crew also installed a trench drain at the base of the stairs to control moisture entry from the door as well.
