Leaking Foundation Wall
During the inspection, our Sales Inspector, Corey, found the foundation wall in rough shape. The wall was cracked in several places, allowing ground water to leak into the basement.
Interior Pier Installation Process
Helical piers are drilled deep underground to stable soils where they can permanently stabilize and potentially reverse foundation settlement.
CarbonArmor & WaterGuard During Installation
CarbonArmor fiber wall straps adhere to the foundation wall and are secured to the floor joist/sill plate to stabilize and prevent wall movement. WaterGuard is installed around the basement perimeter to drain any groundwater seepage from the walls.
Concrete Re-Fill
Once the interior helical piers and WaterGuard drainage pipes are installed, the crew re-concretes the floor for a near-invisible, seamless finish.
