WaterGuard Drainage System Installation
The crew digs a trench around the basement perimeter. Inside, they install the WaterGuard drainage pipe. The pipe has holes facing the wall that allow moisture and leaks to seep in. This water is then drained toward the sump pump and out of the basement.
TripleSafe During Installation
The crew digs out a new sump pit where they install the TripleSafe liner and sump pump system.
Re-Concreting the Floors
Once the WaterGuard system is in place, the crew re-concretes the floors for a near-invisible finish. A small gap is left between the wall and the WaterGuard drainage pipe to collect wall leaks, allowing them to drain into the sump pump and out of the basement.
Finished TripleSafe Installation
The crew hooks up the TripleSafe sump pump to a battery that will automatically kick on in case of a power outage.
Extending the Sump Pump Drainage Line
We extended the sump pump drainage line underground and away from the home's foundation. This prevents water from pooling around the foundation and flooding the basement.
