Installing WaterGuard
The crew digs a trench around the basement perimeter to install the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system.
Finishing the WaterGuard Installation
With the WaterGuard system in place, the crew re-concretes the floor. A gap is left between the floor and the wall to allow any water seepage to drain into the system.
PowerBrace Beam Installation
The basement walls in this home were cracked and leaning. We installed our PowerBrace system to stabilize the walls and correct their movement. This allows the cracks to be repaired to minimize wall leaks.
UltraSump Sump Pump
The crew installed a sump pump to drain water out of the basement and away from the home's foundation. This prevents foundation wall cracks, bowing and leaning walls, and water seepage.
