We installed nine beams inside the crawl space and secured them with back blocks. To begin the waterproofing and pier installation, we broke out the necessary concrete and excavated for two push piers, which we then drove to proper pressure. Once set, we installed the hardware and backfilled the area. Two additional support beams were added next to the second push pier for enhanced stability. We then ran, leveled, and graveled the WaterGuard drainage system, followed by cleanup and concrete pour. After the concrete cured, we returned to re-clean, caulked all visible cracks per the customer's request, and completed the final finish work.
