Before the Job
Before Mid-State Basements, this basement had multiple cracks in the foundation walls as well as several noticeable points of groundwater entry.
BrightWall Installation
The crew begins the project by digging a trench around the basement perimeter to install WaterGuard. They also install BrightWall panels to seal off any groundwater leaks.
WaterGuard Installation
After digging the trench, the crew installs the WaterGuard pipe snugly against the basement wall to capture and drain any moisture seeping through the wall.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The crew installed a brand new TripleSafe sump pump to drain the water collected by WaterGuard, along with any plumbing leaks, floods, or other water entering the basement.
PowerBrace Installation
With WaterGuard in place, the crew installs PowerBrace beams to stabilize the foundation wall and help correct movement. As a final step, the crew re-concretes the floor for a seamless finish.
