Before we arrived, this basement had a large horizonal crack in the foundation wall, causing it to bow and lean. You can also see signs of water seepage on the floor leading toward the drain.
Waterproofing During Installation
Our crew are expert multitaskers! They install the CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, PowerBrace beams, and WaterGuard drainage pipe in succession to ensure a seamless final product.
Waterproofing After Installation
As a final step, the crew re-concretes the floor for a near-invisible finish. Now, the walls are stabilized, moisture is sealed out, and any leaks will be drained by the WaterGuard system.
