Waterproofing Before Installation
The first step to installing WaterGuard is to dig a trench around the basement perimeter. This can be a dirty, messy process, so we advise the homeowner to cover vents and any furniture to minimize dust.
WaterGuard During Installation
After digging the trench, the crew installs the WaterGuard drainage pipe snugly against the wall. The BrightWall basement wall panels and WaterGuard are designed to fit seamlessly together to create a vapor barrier that drains through WaterGuard and into the TripleSafe sump pump system.

After installing the WaterGuard drain pipe, the crew re-concretes the floor for a seamless finish. We also installed a brand-new TripleSafe sump pump to protect against leaks and floods.
