Before WaterGuard
Before the crew got to work, there were several signs of water entry on the floor around this pipe. This is a simple fix with WaterGuard and CleanSpace!
WaterGuard Installation
To install WaterGuard, the crew digs a trench around the basement perimeter where the WaterGuard drainage pipe fits snugly in place. In some cases, the crew installs cactus board to assist with drainage.

The crew re-concretes the trench for a seamless finish. Now, this leaky pipe entry is sealed up and waterproofed for good!
