After I submitted my contact form I received a callback 15 minutes afterwards to discuss my issue I was having with my basement. Corey was very professional and informative. He doesn’t push services or products on customers. On the day of services, Manuel arrived and explained the process of uninstalling and installing the new sump pump motor and the outside drain. After the work was complete I immediately started to see great results. I’m 100% satisfied with the services and will use Mid-State Basement Systems in the future. Thank you.
