Mid-State Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This basement needed a sump pump upgrade, so the homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems. We installed an TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump system sports three sump pumps in one sump liner with the third pump working off a battery in case of a power outage, making this an optimal solution. 

Before Mid-State Basement Systems, this homeowner's crawl space was musty and had standing water near the support beams. Our crew arrived to fully encapsulate the crawl space, eliminating moisture, reducing musty smells, and improving air quality throughout the home. 

This partially finished basement had water seeping in through the walls. Worried this could lead to a bigger problem, the homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems for a solution.

Inspector Mitch Mink recommended the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump.

This crawl space in West Jefferson, OH had sagging floors due to weak, old supports. We installed SmartJack to give the home a stable, long-lasting fix and lifting and supporting the floor above for years to come.

The floors in this customer's home were sagging and bouncing underfoot. To fix the problem, he gave us a call to install crawl space support jacks to lift the floors back into place. For added structural integrity, we installed a supplemental beam in the crawl space as well.
