This homeowner gave Mid-Statement Basements a call to help with their damp crawl space. Our team encapsulated the space to keep it clean and dry in the future.
Mis-Statement Basements replaced those rotted floor joists after the homeowner noticed a squeak in their floorboards.
Water was filling this block wall and in addition to flooding the basement put immense pressure on the foundation wall. That pressure formed cracks in the mortar and started to push the wall out. If left unchecked this could easily collapse the wall, so we installed steel beams that brace the wall moving forward.
