A before and after look at a SmartJack installation. This home had DIY piers in their crawlspace and needed a permanent solution that they could trust.

This homeowner discovered that his crawlspace was extremely wet. He called Mid State Basement Systems for help and our crew completely transformed the crawlspace to be a clean, dry and functional. Our Crew installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace and a SuperSump system to this crawl space. Look at this great transformation!

This crawl space was musty and damp, leading to some structural issues with the joists and support beams. Our crew installed several SmartJacks to stabilize the foundation and encapsulated it with our CleanSpace system to seal out moisture and prevent further damage to the foundation.

This community swimming pool needed support for it's water slide which had been built on soft soil. Our team installed hellical piers around four concrete foundation blocks to help stabilize and support the water slide.
