This community swimming pool needed support for it's water slide which had been built on soft soil. Our team installed hellical piers around four concrete foundation blocks to help stabilize and support the water slide.

This tiny crawl space was dirty, damp, and full of old and moldy insulation. Our team came to the rescue to safely remove the insulation and install our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace isolates the crawl space from the ground, creating a barrier that seals out moisture, dirt, and pests.

We also installed our TripleSafe sump pump system to collect any water from beneath the liner and properly pump it out of the crawl space. 

For this basement perimeter waterproofing job, we installed TrenchDrain basement entry surface drainage system at the bottom of the homeowner's basement stairs. This type of drainage system is common for garage entryways or walk out basement entryways that lead to the outside. To install TrenchDrain, our crew dug a trench at the foot of the stairs and installed a section of pipe that connects to the WaterGuard drainage system. This ensures that any water entering the TrenchDrain feeds into the sump pump system. 

We found a crawl space in Logan, Ohio that was constantly under water. The two sump pumps were running non-stop to keep groundwater from pooling up underneath the home. We sent our crew out to encapsulate the crawl space and prevent all this moisture from creating big problems for the home. We also extended the downspouts of the home to guide groundwater away from the foundation and crawl space.
