We installed SmartJacks throughout the crawlspace, making the foundation stronger and straightening out the sagging floors. Now the homeowner can live worry-free knowing their floor is stable. 

We replaced these old, rotting wooden support posts with our SmartJack System. These support posts provide an effective, durable solution for leveling and stabilizing damaged crawl spaces. Unlike concrete blocks and wood that will only sink further into the ground, the SmartJack provides a permanent solution.

The stairstep cracking in this basement alarmed the homeowner and they wanted a solution, fast. Our crew installed the PowerBrace Wall Repair System to stabilize the foundation wall. The PowerBrace consists of steel I-beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets. This system is easily adjustable, allowing for tightening of the brace to attempt to raise the wall back to its original position.
