An Athens, Ohio, homeowner had a damp crawl space that needed to be properly insulated and sealed up. He called Mid-State Basement Systems to come do the job right. The crew installed our SilverGlo rigid foam insulation panels and CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to seal out moisture, dirt, mold, and pests. Now, this crawl space is clean and dry, and the air in the crawl space and throughout the home is cleaner and more efficient to heat and cool!

We found a home in Athens, Ohio, with a damp, musty crawl space. After a thorough inspection by our Sales Inspector, Joe, he recommended that the homeowner encapsulate the crawl space to eliminate moisture and prevent mold and water damage. The homeowner agreed and a date was scheduled for the encapsulation project.

On the day of the job, the crew arrived and got to work to complete the encapsulation in just a day. First, they cleared the crawl space of debris and bagged them up for disposal. Next, they installed our SilverGlo rigid foam insulation panels on the crawl space walls. After that, they installed drainage matting on the floors and lined the crawl space with our CleanSpace system, sealing out moisture, dirt, mold, and pests for good!

An Athens, Ohio, homeowner reached out for help with a large vertical crack in their home's foundation. We installed 4 GeoLock wall anchors to stabilize the foundation, preventing it from cracking further and allowing for repair. 

This homeowner in was looking to refinish his walk-out basement. As part of the process, he hired Mid-State Basement Systems to waterproof the block foundation wall.

The wall had settled and cracked over time, so the crew installed steel beams to stabilize and correct the movement. The crew sealed the cracks with epoxy as well. 

Now, the basement can be safely refinished and the homeowner will have peace of mind that it will stay dry!
