Thank you from ever step of the process to make sure that i was happy. I had a couple quotes and I chose to go with Midstate Basement because they were the only one who told me do not put the french drain down below the footer because you are laying the tile in dirt which will clog easier and harder to get to if there is a problem. The waterguard is laying on the footer out of the dirt, This made since to me. The waterguard also has a cleanout which if there is a problem with drain you can flush it out, and I am able to drain my dehumidifier in to the drain as well. Win Win.
