Sales Process
Jiovanni was AWESOME. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. He went above and beyond in teaching me how to remove drywall and even let me borrow tools/supplies. He also offered to be available that evening via FaceTime, phone call, and text message in case we had any questions.
Our Installation Crew
They seemed nice and did a great job from what I can tell. It was nice they dealt directly with the gas company and plumber when they hit a gas pipe. There was some miscommunication about arrival times which was a little frustrating when trying to coordinate our work schedules, but not worth taking off a full point :)
