Sales Process
At first we were pleased with John Tongol's presentation and over came our fears in regards to making such a big investment. After sharing our concerns regarding customer service because of a bad experience we had with a window company, he reassured us that he would be there throughout the whole process. It went downhill from there. We have since resolved those issues with Wesley Martin who restored our confidence in the company.
Our Installation Crew
Byron and his crew were very efficient and hard working. We had a little bit of a problem with the language barrier but we were able to work through that.
The Cleanup Process
The crew did an amazing job with the clean-up. The only downfall was our spare refrigerator got unplug and we lost some meat which we have been compensated for.

What made you choose our company:
We chose Mid-State because of their rating with the Better Business Bureau and other reviews. Again, we really appreciate Wesley Martin in restoring our confidence in Mid-State Basement. He came and did a walk-through with us and addressed our concerns in person. We are looking forward to a dry basement and utilizing it to its full capacity.
