This homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems for a soluation to their wet basement. Our team installed the WaterGuard interior drain system along the perimeter of the basement.

The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump.

We installed the patented IceGuard system, an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged.
