Our crew installed the WaterGuard drainage System and new Sump System in this Waynesfield, OH home.

We sealed up this wet, leaky basement in Russells Point, Ohio, with our CleanSpace basement wall vapor barrier and Waterguard French drain system. These products seal out moisture and drain it via the home's sump pump system, reducing humidity and moisture in the basement.

We also upgraded the sump pump with our TripleSafe model and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to further keep humidity and moisture at bay.

This basement was constantly flooding and the homeowner was worried about the repercussions of her basement always being wet. We solved these wet basement problems with our Basement Waterproofing Products! We installed a SuperSump Plus and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System to collect and remove water from the ground. We then installed a CleanSpace Wall System to catch any wall water seepage and drain it to the perimeter waterproofing system. Lastly we added a Trench Drain by the basement door to ensure water couldn't enter that way, either!

This homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems because their older sump pump was no longer keeping their basement dry. Our team installed a new UltraSump sump pump and the WaterGaurd in-ground drainage sysytem.

The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.
