Challenge

Our inspector visited a home in Grove City, Ohio, to address the homeowner's concerns about their damp, musty crawl space. He confirmed signs of moisture problems as well as mildew, pest activity, and other issues. He recommended encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace system to seal out these concerns for good.

Solution

Our crew installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system, SmartDrain crawl space drainage system, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products work together to reduce moisture and humidity in the crawl space, eliminating musty smells and mildew or mold concerns.
