Tiny Crawl Space Entry
The only way into this 1-foot-tall crawl space was through a small hatch in a closet!
Subfloor Removal
For small crawl spaces like this one, the most practical way to encapsulate it is to remove the floor and subfloor above it in order to gain access.
Completed Encapsulation
With the crawl space exposed from above, the crew could more easily install the CleanSpace liner and sump pump.
Subfloor Reinstallation
Once the encapsulation was finished, the crew installed a new subfloor with treated wood to minimize the risk of mold damage.
