This crawl space was damp, musty, and unhealthy upon first inspection. The insulation and crawl space liner had been ruined by water exposure and humidity.
Drainage Matting Installation
Before installing the crawl space liner, the crew installs drainage matting on the crawl space floors to help disperse moisture beneath the liner.
SilverGlo Insulation Panels
The crew removes the fiberglass insulation and instead insulates the crawl space walls with our SilverGlo panels. These panels stop hot, humid air from entering the crawl space. A much more effective option than fiberglass!
Wrapping Around the Discharge Line
The crew takes care to seal around every nook and cranny, including this crawl space sump pump drainage line.
Completed Encapsulation Results
With the walls, floors, and support beams sealed and insulated, the crawl space immediately looks and feels healthier and less humid.
