Prior to the encapsulation project, this crawl space was dirty, damp, and musty, with old insulation rotting away on the crawl space floor.
CleanSpace During Installation
After cleaning out the crawl space, the crew first installs cactus board drainage matting on the crawl space floor and our SilverGlo rigid foam insulation panels on the crawl space walls.
Finished Encapsulation
Once installed, the CleanSpace liner completely isolates the crawl space from the ground, sealing out moisture and significantly improving the air quality and conditioning in the crawl space and throughout the rest of the home.
