This home's crawl space was constantly taking on water. Both sump pumps were working overtime to pump the water out, but it was still pooling up on the floor of the crawl space. This called for a major repair. We sent our team out to the home to encapsulate the crawl space and help bring down the moisture level. We upgraded the home's sump pumps with two of our TripleSafe sump pump systems. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for additional moisture control. We also extended the home's downspouts to prevent excess water from accumulating in the crawl space to begin with.

Initial Crawl Space Inspection

Our Sales Inspector, Francis, found this crawl space in dire straights. Moisture had accumulated on the ground, creating a musty and unhealthy environment.

The old sump pump was working overtime to keep up with the amount of water coming in. Not to mention, it was also a serious electrical hazard!

High moisture in the crawl space can damage the home's foundation as wooden foundation supports and floor joists begin to rot.

CleanSpace & PowerBrace

Our crew encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, sealing out the moisture and allowing the crawl space to finally dry out. We also installed several PowerBrace structural support beams to help reinforce the joists of the home.

TripleSafe Sump Pump System

This encapsulation project included two TripleSafe sump pumps in each corner of the crawl space. These pumps feature a 3-pump-in-1 design that keeps the crawl space dry through floods, power outages, and more.
