The exposed crawl space in West Liberty, OH was vulnerable to the elements, leading to mold growth in the humid outdoor air and allowing debris to accumulate inside. Our skilled inspector conducted a complimentary site inspection and concluded that a comprehensive crawl space encapsulation was necessary to maintain a consistently clean and dry environment.

This basement had cracked and bowing walls, leaving the homeowner worried about the structural integrity of their foundation. We installed CarbonArmor straps, made of high-strength carbon fiber, to permanently stabilize the walls. This non-invasive solution is designed to stop further movement and protect the foundation without the need for exterior excavation.
