Before Mid-State Basement Systems, this crawl space wasn't protected from moisture, mold, pests, and dirt. And because it was insulated improperly, the floors in the home above the crawl space were cold and the entire home was less energy efficient. Our crew encapsulated the crawl space and insulated it the right way, making it clean, dry, and more energy efficient for the home. 

This basement had cracked and bowing walls, leaving the homeowner worried about the structural integrity of their foundation. We installed CarbonArmor straps, made of high-strength carbon fiber, to permanently stabilize the walls. This non-invasive solution is designed to stop further movement and protect the foundation without the need for exterior excavation.

We installed the PowerBrace system, a series of steel beams designed to stabilize and support bowing basement walls. The adjustable design allows for potential wall straightening over time, providing a strong, long-term solution to protect the home's foundation.
