Patrick D. in Nevada, OH called Mid-State Basement Systems because the church building he owned had several severe issues that needed to be repaired. Some of the concrete blocks on one of the walls had shifted inward more than two inches. We sent out our certified inspector, Steve Davis, to inspect the area and provide a free estimate for repair.
Our crew, led by Byron Salinas, was able to use Geo-Lock Channel Anchors to permanently pull the wall back into its original position. These are galvanized steel anchors with one side embedded in the earth outside the building and the other bolted to the inside of the foundation wall.
The church owner is happy with the results and he knows that the congregation will be safer with these updates and repairs.
This customer had a basement wall crack that was letting water in every time it rained. Our team came in to seal the crack and prevent future moisture entry.
The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.
We installed a new SuperSump Plus system in this Delaware, OH home! The SuperSump includes a powerful Zoeller ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement.
This homeowner had a significant vertical crack in her basement wall. Our crew sealed the crack and waterproofed the basement to keep it dry and structurally sound.
