With the inter months approaching, this homeowner wanted to ensure their discharge lines didn't freeze. We installed the patented IceGuard system, an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged.

This crawl space was completely unprotected and causing musty air and humidity issues in the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier sealed the entire area and solved these problems.

The homeowner noticed their floors felt bouncy, which raised concerns prompting them to call us. Upon inspection, our team found that the cinderblocks supporting the home were sinking, causing the issue. To address this, we installed 8 SmartJacks for additional support. The homeowner can feel the difference!

This homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems to repair a bowing wall in their basement. Foundation walls begin to buckle, bow, or tilt inward from outside pressure from soil and water and can eventually cause foundation walls to collapse. The PowerBrace system is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and can help straighten them over time.

This crawl space in Marion, Ohio, had a moisture problem that was causing the floor joists, support beams, and bandboards to rot and become weakened. We sent our production crew, Led by Lane K., out to the home for repairs. The crew installed 2 new bandboards on the front and back of the home (see pictures) and sistered three of the joists in the craw space as well. They also installed SmartJacks to stabilize the home's foundation and help correct any settling.
