Before CleanSpace, this crawl space was dirty and prone to moisture and pests. After installing our crawl space encapsulation system, this crawl space is now completely sealed from the elements and ready to use for storage!
Patrick D. in Nevada, OH called Mid-State Basement Systems because the church building he owned had several severe issues that needed to be repaired. Some of the concrete blocks on one of the walls had shifted inward more than two inches. We sent out our certified inspector, Steve Davis, to inspect the area and provide a free estimate for repair.
Our crew, led by Byron Salinas, was able to use Geo-Lock Channel Anchors to permanently pull the wall back into its original position. These are galvanized steel anchors with one side embedded in the earth outside the building and the other bolted to the inside of the foundation wall.
The church owner is happy with the results and he knows that the congregation will be safer with these updates and repairs.
