This crawl space received the full Mid-State treatment! A dirt crawl space that hasn't been encapsulated can allow ground moisture to seep into the crawl space and increase the humidity level in your home. After an inspection we realized there was definitely a moisture problem that needed to be addressed. Once our expert discussed solutions with the homeowner, they were ready to move forward with the project. 

We insulated and waterproofed the walls with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. Drainage Matting was laid on the ground to provide a thermal break between the crawl space and the earth. Then, a CleanSpace Liner was installed to protect the space from moisture. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick ultra durable vapor barrier that won't rip or tear! This home is now  protected from the ground up!
